INSTALLATION SERVICES

REMETRONIX has performed over 20,000 installation projects since 1993, currently averaging over 2,500 a year. We have a team of over 120 mechanical installers, specializing in the installation of medical imaging and pharmaceutical equipment. Our employees undergo extensive on-the-job and formal classroom training to ensure their skills and knowledge are current with state-of-the-art medical and imaging system equipment. Assignments are scheduled as far in advance as possible to ensure smooth, time-efficient installations.

Our experienced and trained staff generate customized first and final day checklists for each customer to report site and equipment conditions at the start of any job, as well as at the completion of the project, to identify any outstanding issues or out-of-scope items. Our Quality Management system ensures complete, accurate and timely turnover of equipment to the end user. Proprietary, project management software helps produce cost efficiency savings in the administration and deployment of our trained staff and logistics experts for multiple projects nationwide.

We employ statistical data analysis to posture each project with the most qualified personnel, coupled with our cutting edge processes produce a combination that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

DE-INSTALLATION SERVICES

REMETRONIX has a team of over 120 trained professionals nationwide that specialize in the proper handling of equipment and systems, ensuring a safe, effective and efficient move of your de-installed system, without damage to the equipment or your facility.

REMETRONIX has a wide array of OEM and custom moving fixtures to meet even the most difficult assignments for the safe and efficient transport of your de-installed system to your new facility or to any one of REMETRONIX ’ warehouse facilities nationwide.

RELOCATION SERVICES

REMETRONIX performs system relocations from across the country to across the hall, and our trained personnel will relieve you and your staff from dealing with the logistic nightmares that come from – for example – taking a 5-ton imaging system to another wing within your facility. REMETRONIX will disassemble, inventory, rig, transport, re-rig and reassemble your system or equipment efficiently, day or night, to reduce the impact to your facility and workflow. If necessary, your system can be transported to one of our offsite, warehousing facilities, for interim or cold storage of your system, until a final disposition can be determined.

UPGRADE SERVICES

Because technology changes to complex medical and pharmaceutical systems are continuous, many OEMs offer upgrades to medical systems, and REMETRONIX can handle any upgrade you may need:

Total Upgrades: removal and replacement of the systems themselves
Digital, internal coil or detector upgrades
Hardware/Firmware upgrades for newer operational software

RIGGING SERVICES/HEAVY MACHINERY MOVING

REMETRONIX has been a member of the Specialized Carrier and Rigging Association (SCRA) since 2002. Our combined network of experienced industry business partners as well as our own certified rigging formans provides REMETRONIX with the flexibility to hand both small and large projects nationwide.

REMETRONIX can supply all the necessary rigging equipment, labor, and certified supervision to handle all your rigging/heavy machinery needs. REMETRONIX can provide cranes from 30 tons to over 750 tons anywhere within the continental US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Comprehensive Site Surveys provide REMETRONIX with reliable information about rigging your system(s), based on its size and the complexity of the task(s) at hand. All rigging is done in complete conformity with OSHA safety standards, and is done seamlessly – with minimal impact to your facility – to ensure the proper handling of your equipment. Our rigging foremen are ISO-qualified in heavy equipment moving and forklift operation, so everyone involved with your equipment rigging can handle any aspect of the operations that need to be performed.

REMETRONIX owns and operates Med-Trans Logistics: a subsidiary of REMETRONIX. Med-Trans provides Rigging support to the REMETRONIX customers nationwide. Med-Trans Logistics also provides “White Glove Inside Delivery,” regionally ensuring timely transportation and rigging services for any REMETRONIX project.
REMETRONIX has long standing contractual agreements with all the established, national air-ride van line transportation companies in order to provide our customers with the best cost efficient options nationwide to service your deliveries correctly. DISASTER RECOVERY

When your high-tech equipment is exposed to fire, flood or environmental contaminants, REMETRONIX provides professional, high-quality restoration services for a myriad of systems, including – but not limited to – medical and pharmaceutical equipment and systems; office equipment; automation equipment; telecom equipment; power generators and stations; navigations systems; production equipment and more.

Today’s economic environment dictates that companies restore – rather than replace – damaged equipment, when possible. This is particularly true when dealing with complex medical and imaging equipment systems, as the cost to replace, as well as the delay in ordering a new system, may be prohibitive to continuing services unabated.

Insurance companies can save up to 70-80% over replacement costs, utilizing REMETRONIX ’ restoration expertise; clients get their systems back in order faster, and for less cost; onsite recovery activity is sometimes warranted, and is achievable, depending on circumstances. CLEAN AND PACK SERVICES

REMETRONIX provides “Clean and Pack” Services for your de-installed, medical equipment to meet the challenges of today’s dynamic, high-service, medical systems market.

Since Clean and Pack service is part of REMETRONIX ’ turnkey services, our clients get the benefit of staying focused on their own businesses, and leaving their equipment-in-transport packing and storage issues to REMETRONIX !

If our turnkey process is not required, select only the services that you need for your company. You will be able to maintain your existing installed base and add potential resale profit margins on refurbished systems, which can range from 0-20%. You will be able to insure service contract retention for time and material revenue streams for continued high profitability. You’ll be able to retain lucrative service contract revenue, which, depending on system type, can be $10-$100K annually. With REMETRONIX as your single vendor, you’ll reduce or eliminate internal administrative costs and costly project management resource time. Our services offerings are bundled, allowing for a consolidated rate that can be 10-30% lower than your internal rates, or those rates from different vendors that you will have to manage separately.

Based on your needs, resale of refurbished equipment is available through our broker network at a reasonable commission fee, with a shortened delivery time-frame.

Restoration is performed by highly trained technicians at our dedicated facility in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Component crating is professionally done with bar-coded inventory to insure a safe and complete system delivery. If needed, secure onsite storage is available in an air-conditioned space with remote video monitoring. REMETRONIX Clean and Pack services enhance resale values and improve delivery expectations.

SITE SURVEY SERVICES

REMETRONIX performs Site Survey services for various client applications, to ensure the most efficient use of a client’s time and money by accurately establishing quality management parameters for your project or system situation.

Some recent Site Surveys included equipment room surveys for placement of conduits; raceways or ductwork to house cables, hoses and wiring interconnects between computers and scanners; location of ISO Center; thorough bolting requirements for ceiling grids and overhead suspension systems, and more.

Damage Assessment Surveys can help determine the possibility of disaster recovery, “high-tech,” clean ups.

Equipment Surveys record condition; serial numbers; product revision history and configurations for lease returns or end of life determinations.
